Intermediate to Strong Accountant

• $55,000 – $80,000 depending on experience

We are a well-established accounting firm and part of an integrated financial services business, based in Mulgrave. We service predominantly small to medium sized enterprises and individuals. We are seeking a full-time senior tax accountant, to join our professional and friendly team.

This role has a variety of functions including but not limited to:

• Preparation of financial statements, tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, sole traders & individuals; Preparation of BAS/IAS, GST and FBT returns
• Provide support in other areas as required

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated person, experience in a similar role would be highly desirable:

• Have a minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in practice
• CA/CPA qualified welcomed, but not essential
• Experience with Xero, MYOB & Quick Books
• Have excellent communication skills, can work well independently and as part of a team (speak and write fluent Mandarin & English)
• Support, mentor & review the work of junior team members
• Hard working, reliable and ability to multi-task
• Excellent attention to details, with excellent written and verbal skills
